About Witch Nkoye

I am Witch Nkoye, a spiritual healer and traditional witch based in Masese, a peaceful area of Jinja, Uganda, close to the shores of Lake Victoria. For more than forty years, I have dedicated my life to spiritual guidance, healing practices, and traditional spellwork at the Wanswa Temple, a place that has been respected for generations as a center of spiritual wisdom. Surrounded by the enduring energy of Lake Victoria, the temple has always been the foundation of my family’s spiritual calling. It is here that I seek guidance from ancestral and benevolent spirits to help people find healing, direction, protection, and positive change.

To me, witchcraft is far more than a spiritual practice. It is the inheritance of my ancestors, a lifelong calling, and a sacred responsibility that connects me to my family, my homeland, and the unseen spiritual world.

A Family Tradition of Spiritual Service

My journey began long before I was born. The Wanswa Temple has remained in my family through successive generations, with each guardian carrying forward the traditions entrusted to them.

My grandfather was one of the earliest caretakers of the temple, faithfully serving its spiritual purpose and preserving its sacred customs. After his passing, the responsibility was passed to my father, Witch Kafuko, who continued the family’s work with unwavering dedication.

When I was twelve years old, my father passed away. During the months that followed, I experienced profound spiritual encounters that changed the direction of my life forever. The spirits connected with our family revealed that I had been chosen to continue our ancestral work. Although I was still a child, I accepted this calling with respect and determination.

Over the years, I developed my knowledge through spiritual experiences, dreams, visions, ancestral guidance, and years of practical devotion. Today, I continue the same sacred work that my grandfather and father devoted their lives to, preserving the traditions of the Wanswa Temple for future generations.

My Spiritual Foundation

Growing up in a family devoted to traditional spirituality meant that rituals, prayer, and communication with the spirit world were part of everyday life. From childhood, I learned that true witchcraft is not simply about performing rituals or casting spells. It is about understanding the balance between humanity, nature, and the spiritual forces that surround us.

My father and grandfather taught me that every action should be guided by wisdom, respect, patience, and compassion. Those teachings continue to shape everything I do today, reminding me that spiritual power must always be used responsibly and with honorable intentions.
